Such a beautiful wine. Restaurant decanted and we drank over two hours. Initially on the nose, lots of leather and smoke, mellowing out into some well-rounded notes of berry and black pepper. On the palate, bramble with a little fresh mint, dried beef and blood, and a little plum skin.

I love the internet
If I were in a restaurant with a friend enjoying a meal and some ass clown took a photo with me in it and posted it on the internet, I’d be bothered.
I’d also trade use of my likeness for a glass of that wine.
