Eggs 2
Rice 2 cups
2.5/3 cups water
Leave the rice for 1 day
1 day later
Heat wok to max
Add the day-old rice
Add the egg, now shallot and little bit green onion
Stir it for 5 to 10 minutes
Make it medium high now, don't want burnt rice
Make it medium after between 30 seconds and 1 minute
Sprinkle raw green part of green onion or leek
Enjoy!
