Looking at previous threads (ex1: https://www.reddit.com/r/austinfood/s/8V23TSTCwA ) there’s all kinds of action with cream and pomegranate and almonds. I’m not looking for interior Mexican or fusion food.
Nah. I’m on the hunt for a ground beef (possibly cheese) stuffed friend poblano pepper action.

Where can I find this in Austin these days and who is rocking the best of the best?
I seem to remember Trudy’s having a good one but it’s been a long time and I think they took it off the menu.
