I struggle with binge eating alot, and my binges are intense, recently I've been stuck in a binge cycle where I gained 5kg. One tip that has really helped me is to drink my meals, I don't have the self control to portion control or eat food in moderation, but I do have the self control to not binge on liquids. Meal replacement drinks are one of the ways I don't binge, if you have any other tips for binge eaters please share

This is a great idea.
Wish I had tips but I struggle with binge eating a lot too. My only “trick” is to not have anything in my house – no snacks or anything bc when the urge comes I can’t stop it. Even eating something else beforehand doesn’t curb my cravings, I’ll eat whatever it is that I want right after if it’s in my house.
My trick is to not have snacks in the house. Except popcorn. I allow myself to gorge on popcorn when I no longer control the urge. It’s satisfying and filling. Even if I eat a big pack, it’s only around 300 calories. I find I binge less and less often now as well.
I highly suggest trying the body reset diet by harley pasternak. It starts out as mostly smoothies and it REALLY helped me get my eating and weight loss in check. It is so simple to follow and put my meals/calorie intake in a better perspective.
