[Music] hi I’m Megan and welcome to my kitchen I have got a grocery haul for you today I did a Koger pickup order as you can see I have a very small haul to share with you all I apologize about that um but I honestly did not need a whole lot this week and on top of that my mom and I are going to go up to Kentucky um this weekend so we’ll be on a few days so uh when I’m not here Gary eats what he calls Bachelor food so I didn’t need like a ton of fresh vegetables and stuff like that I will need to go back to the grocery store a little bit closer to when we leave and I’ll pick him up like some um fresh cut up fruit like maybe some sushi from the grocery store for some quick lunches for him but yeah this is what I’ve got uh my total was $582 I’ll show you the few things I got real quick and then I’ll show you the meal plan for the upcoming week next week’s haul and what’s for dinner video should be you know back to my more regular ones all right so first up got some lettuce grabbed some spinach peut bread got some grape tomatoes as well as a couple Roma tomatoes grabbed a box of elbow macaroni noodles got some 2% milk this Olive Garden parmesan ranch we tried this for Mother’s Day when I did like my copycat Olive Garden dinner and we all really liked this rench it was delicious so I saw um I think her name is plated by D on Instagram seriously y’all go follow this lady if you’re on Instagram I’m not lying when I say that everything she makes looks so delicious and I’ve tried several things that she shared and we’ve loved everything and she recently shared a it was a chicken bacon ranch um pea and so she used this and figured give that another try and use that for the PE done that’s one of the reasons I got that got some mixed vegetables some rice cauliflower and another bag of mixed vegetables this in here is one of those bags of um the like what do they call them perfect portion or whatever just chicken breasts um that are a little thinner sliced and then got a package of brown turkey this this and the mixed veggies are um in the cauliflower for happy and peppers food this week and then I got a can of crescent rolls Zing for a recipe and I got this yogurt ranch also for a recipe all right that is everything like I said I know not a lot uh let me get this put up and I’ll show you the meal plan y’all I lie I’m sorry back again this was sitting over on the back counter I also got a little jar of pentos all right now that’s everything I’ll show you the meal plan here is the menu plan for this upcoming week you’ll notice a couple of these are carryovers from previous weeks first up tonight I’m going to make shrimp pad thae Tuesday we’re going to do Greek meatball orzo bowls with some broccolini Wednesday I’m going to film a like July 4th video and so we’re going to do a twist on hot dogs I’m going to make a spinach salad some Pino cheese macaroni salad and um yeah so that’ll be dinner that night Thursday night there’s a recipe for Rosemary ranch chicken from the plain chicken that I’ve made many times for years I think I’ve even shared it before on this channel um but she I saw where she has kind of a Twist on that to do a rosemary Caesar chicken uh so that sounded yummy so I’m going to make that that night and then I’ve also shared this before my channel it’s a recipe from Jeff Maro from the Food Network for an orzo pasta salad so we’ll have that Thursday night for dinner and then Friday like I said my mom and I are going to be out of town in Kentucky so it’ll just be Gary and the boys here um so my mom and I will probably go out to eat those nights uh I got I’m going to get rather Gary some like sushi poke bowl and a sandwich from Kroger and then in addition to that I’m going to make him like some egg salad um and then he can use the leftovers from the Rosemary Caesar chicken to make uh some pea sandwiches so he will be all set for that all right that is the meal plan and haul for today thank you so much for watching watching again I know it’s very small um like I said next week we’ll be more back to normal but I appreciate you watching anyways I hope you all have a great rest of the day if you liked this little video hit the Thumbs Up Button below if you liked this video hit the Thumbs Up Button below and subscribe to my channel if you’re not already and I hope you have a great rest of the day thanks so much bye-bye
