My mom has these peppers that she’s drying out so she can plant them next year. The lady told her that these are “the hottest peppers”. Does anyone know if these are Carolina reapers? They’re a little hard to tell because their dried out, sorry.

Not sure but the orange one looks like it could be a habanero. It’s the hottest store bought pepper, so maybe that’s what they meant.
I would guess a relative of the jolokia pepper
