I made a Japanese curry house menu for one week only. I gave everyone three options for the heat level. Normal (cayenne), Hard (habanero), and Nightmare (smoked ghost pepper).
The guy who got this plate ordered nightmare, and ofcourse I had to make myself a small bit. Holy crap! That smoked ghost pepper powder is some next level shit.
If anyone wants to know what else is going on here there’s also a grilled loco moco beef patty, wasabi aioli drizzle, tonkatsu drizzle, tea egg, and kimchi.
