There's a white fuzz growing on the main vein of my pepper leaves, has anyone experienced this and if so, is there any cure?

Those are egg masses of Mealybugs – Pests. Best to directly rub some 70% Isopropal rubbing alcohol on them with a cotton ball now, before they become an infestation.
