Happy Father’s Day to my dad and all the other dads out there! To celebrate this special day, this recipe video is on how to make Meatball Subs! I always try to make a fun recipe that the dads would like for Father’s Day and this one is no different. In the past for Father’s Day, I have made beer can chicken and fall-off-the-bone barbecue ribs. To make these meatballs subs, you start by combining lean ground beef with a mixture of seasonings, rolling out meatballs, baking them in the oven, then covering them in a homemade marinara sauce. The meatballs get placed in a hoagie roll, covered in provolone cheese, and baked in the oven until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is all warm. Once again, Happy Father’s Day.
