Used Kenji’s Serious Eats Vodka Sauce recipe.

This has both WMLM and fresh mozzarella, 8oz. of sauce, basil, and cracked pepper. This was baked in my home oven at 550 on steel.

    What did you do to prevent moisture from the cheese ruining the pie? Dried it out before baking?

    I have never heard of Vodka pizza. Reddit teaches me new things every day. Guess I’ll have to try.
