I forgot to eat all day so I call this "snake meal"
I didn't calculate things like onion (1/4 medium) or jalapeño (1.75) because I'm recovering from an ed and I'm trying to not be sooo strict as to calculate the little things I call "flavors" but I added lemon (can use lime- even better) and a bunch of spices and herbs, kept the sodium lowww as fish is already salty. This is posted after I ate like half and thought this subreddit might enjoy. Here is the link to the recipe I riffed off of with things I already have, you can use chicken, vegan alts, or anything you want. Approximately 473 kcal for like twice what you're seeing in the picture.
