    Looks like it’s going to be delicious. Put a damp paper towel over the lettuce to keep it fresh.

    Nice job. I do salmon pretty much every week for dinner, usually over lemon & garlic barley because I can’t get enough of that shit.

    PROTIP for the salads use a mason jar. Dressing goes in the bottom, wet cut ingredients next, dry toppings like seeds next and finally greens. It stops the greens from getting damp and gross. When you want salad you just shake the jar.
