Does anyone have a recipe or know an alternative to this sesame salad dressing? I love adding it to my salads/veggies but 20mls is 85cals.

Skinny Girl has like a sesame ginger dressing if that would cut it? It’s 5 calories per serving.

you could try thinning it out with water and some vinegar!

Oh, I love that dressing too! Honestly, I just use it because it packs such a HUGE flavor punch that a little does a long way. I’d rather use a little of a dressing that I love than a lot of something low-cal/low-fat that doesn’t taste as good. I made a salad using this dressing twice last week. I just checked my food log and it looks like those big meal salads clocked in under 250 kcal. They were 2 cups of mixed greens, a bunch of low-cal veggies, 2 oz of leftover grilled tuna, and a small drizzle of this dressing. Yummy, super satisfying, and easy to fit into my meal planning.

If you’re finding that you find that your salad is too dry with just 20 g of dressing, I think the previous suggestion to add a little water or vinegar is a good one, since it’s a pretty thick vinaigrette.

Not sure if it is available where you live but I like Mr. Low’s 1000 island and red currant dressings. Their honey mustard is disgusting though.
