This was a premium meal (just cause it’s trout?)
The pecan crusted trout was amazing!! I mean, I’ve loved every single fish dish I’ve had so far but these crusted ones just add that bit extra. I really enjoyed the sauce (super easy, it’s: honey, Dijon mustard & mayo).
I’d definitely recreate this with other fish. I imagine it would taste amazing with chicken also.
If you like fish and don’t want to pay extra, definitely check it out and recreate it, you most likely have the ingredients already. You won’t be disappointed.
