i forgot to take some pictures and i was doing so well til the cheesy tater tots lol. my favorite meal was lunch. here is the count for everything-
breakfast: chocolate protein-y milk (250kcal)
lunch: tuna bowl with brown rice, cucumbers, edamame, spicy tuna, & wantons (285kcal)
snack 1: yogurt with blueberries (100kcal)
snack 2: lemon cookie (105kcal)
dinner 1: chicken thigh. i only had one, about 3oz (150kcal)
snack 3: chocolate covered pistachios. i had more than pictured (160kcal)
dinner 2: sonic cheesy tater tots (400-500)
