My yellow coconut curry ramen with chicken, spinach, egg and potatoes

I overcooked the eggs just a bit but overall it was delicious. Any tips on getting the noodles to pick up more flavor? I boiled them separately and then added the broth. They just tasted like plain noodles while the rest of the dish was quite tasty
