Honestly it’s probably fine as long as the liner is ok, but if you aren’t sure or don’t feel comfortable using it yourself I would absolutely not trust random strangers on the internet to tell you it is fine.

If it were mine I would not use it. It could be ok but it is a pretty bad ding. I would however save the crockery liner and the lid if they are not damaged in case you could use them on a future slow cooker.

If you’re worried, put a little water in it and run it for a while keeping an eye on it. If anything seems off or you notice any funny smells then turn it off and throw it away. Otherwise…it’s just a dent.
