I’ve been taking this here and there when I need it, but whenever I do, I don’t count the 35 calories from the Tbsp I take. I’ve seen mixed arguments online, so wanted your guys’ thoughts. Thanks!
Also, if you’re curious, 1 Tbsp of this stuff is enough to be very effective, though it doesn’t hit until the next day, generally.

Edit: 17.5 calories from the Tbsp, not 35.
I personally would track it, just because the majority of the fiber is soluble fiber and I’m maintaining but if you’re in a deficit it probably won’t make a large difference if you’re only having one serving per day
If you’re eating enough psyllium to need to track the calories, I’m worried!
