Oops I deleted the first post thinking I was deleting something else. Monterey Jack Burger with Onion jam . I added my potato cooking instructions in text .


I apologize to whoever was asking for potato instructions so here they are again .
Toss potato slices in oil ( I use avocado), add s&p and any other spices . Roast as per HF instructs at 425 on top rack but I use parchment paper and roast for probably 35 minutes, flipping half way through.

    Love roasting potatoes. When we get recipes like this we usually toss them in Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic or Butchers all purpose seasoning. I’m sure caramelized onion or the Prime Steak Seasoning would be good as well. Almost anything Kinder’s for seasoning is awesome
