My girl and I attempted to made a Jalapeño jelly and it turned out to be more like a Jalapeño syrup. I have a ton of serrano peppers I just pulled off my plants, so I made a serrano omelette this morning and decided to top it with the pepper syrup. Was actually pretty damn good.

How much pectin did you use?
Nice! You could kind of blend it in to things for added heat and flavour too (hummus, salad dressing ect). Not a failure just a change of pace. It really does look awesome!
