It’s a tradition where I live to hang it on a rope near a bonfire, let melt the whole thing and put a piece of bread underneath during the process. Caciocavallo and crostoni

Fantastic looking Italian cheese. Did you buy this in Italy/is it imported? Roughly what is the weight and how much was it? I can imagine so many dishes it would be delicious with.
