More like going to a Thai place, specifically asking for extra spice and either still being disappointed with the heat or else ending up with stomach cramps. There’s no in between. Some wing places don’t fuck around, though. However, a lot of the time their actual hottest sauces don’t even taste good to me because they use extract, so I always exercise caution if going for their real hottest sauces on the basis of taste. Few things are worse than spending a bunch of money on food that you don’t even enjoy.

All peppers aside, this movie was one of the greatest. Gary Oldman in The Professional was beyond phenomenal! This scene in particular, he brought so much intensity, emotion and energy.

If it’s a place known for actually being properly spicy (not the kind that of place that lists Franks buffalo as spicy…) I usually find the hottest one is some sort of chilli extract tasteless wing Tbh. Hot for the sake of hot without any good flavour.
I usually find the next hottest is usually the better wing.
