Dried Shallot Shortbread cookies

I picked these Savor Fine Foods shortbread at a county fair. Also tried their traditional and the lemon ginger. They were all excellent.

These shallot ones though are so unique and amazing, total taste treat. Sweet but a shalloty oniony sweet, not sugary. Very addictive. Totally unexpected.

I’m going to try them in some recipes. Maybe crumble them into a cornbread stuffing or on top of an app. If you spot these try them. Guy gives plenty of samples.
