I made the most delicious lobster & shrimp scampi. This is perfect for dinner
Ingredients
1lb or less of shrimp
4 lobster tails cut in half
1 box linguine pasta
1 stick garlic and herb butter
Chicken broth
1 Shallot
4-6 cloves Garlic
Fresh parsley
Garlic butter and herb seasoning (yes that much seasoning)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Complete seasoning
Olive oil
Pasta water(save water from pasta)
Salt
Directions
Season your clean shrimp and lobster tails with garlic & herb seasoning,onion powder,garlic powder and paprika.
Put olive oil and 2-3 tablespoons of garlic & herb butter .now throw in shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes on each side Put in your fresh parsley. Remove your shrimp.
Boil your water for the pasta and make sure to add salt
Add olive oil to the same pan you cook the shrimp in.
Cook the lobster for four minutes on the meat side and two minutes on the other side. squeeze fresh lemon juice all over the lobster tails and make sure you put garlic and herb butter all over the lobster tails.
remove the lobster tails and you’re gonna put 2 tablespoons of butter. A little bit of olive oil now you gonna add your shallot, parsley, chicken broth, and a little bit of pasta water. Cook for two minutes and add your pasta now you a lil olive oil and complete Badia seasoning all over the pasta. Toss the pasta around so you could get all the juices and seasoning all over it. Put everything together and dinner is done 😋

all right y’all let me show you how I made this Lobster shrimp scampy oh my God it was so good you’re going to cut up your lemon your shallot your parsley and your garlic and now it’s time to season your shrimp you’re going to season your lobster tail and shrimp with both the same seasoning make sure you cut your lobster tail in half that is important now it’s time to cook your shrimp put some olive oil you’re going to cook it for a few minutes put in your garlic butter and your fresh parsley you can’t tell me that look good remove your shrimp put olive oil you’re going to cook it face down for 4 minutes and then you’re going to flip it over and cook it for 2 minutes squeeze some fresh lemon juice put that garlic butter all over the lobster tail cuz that’s going to give it some good flavor now it’s time for the sauce you’re going to put your butter everything you cut up except for your lemon put your chicken broth pasta water a little bit more butter some complete seasoning and put the butter and put everything together and y’all when I tell y this was so good
