Had my first meal of the day later in the afternoon and just wanted to treat myself a savory meal from the stall nearby my apartment. I feel this is such a volume food since it’s full of soup, protiens, sprouts and thin rice noodles . After research and just estimating maybe it was around 550 calories but totally worth it. I’m still satisfied till now and maybe I’ll get myself a small light dinner. And ITS OKAY TO treat yourself a lil sometimes . It can be done within the calorie frame!!!
