I fed my starter in the morning and started the bulk rise at 2pm and did a few stretch and folds but aound 8pm I decided to just put it in the fridge. I woke up at 630 am and let it sit out for about an hour and a half and then baked for 25 mins with the lid on and 22 with the lid off. Waited a few hours before slicing but I am happy for the most part, don’t understand why I don’t get the ear that others do but at the same time I don’t care all that much because it tastes delicious! Now I can’t wait to have a BLT. I think the next thing I try is a chocolate loaf that I just saw posted here with chocolate chips and walnuts!
