This is what I picked up from the store. I compiled ingredients from several recipes and will go back for cooking instructions but wanted to see what y'all think.
I should have all the seasonings needed. Plus have rice vinegar and sesame oil.
Any advice on where to start or cooking instructions?
Should I use the chicken stock or the base that came with the noodles?
Anything I should add for future recipes I do have access to asian markets but this was just from my general store.
Also cook times on hard boiled eggs? I like them runny. I have instant pot as well if that helps.

6 min for runny yolk, 7 for gel-like texture which I prefer, shock in ice bath right away.
If you’re using the mushrooms as part of the broth dried mushrooms get you more flavor
I prefer to separate the vegetables and the protein into their own stocks and blending at the end so you can control the flavor more easily
Heat up the serving bowl ahead, buys you time to present without soup getting cold.
with what you have you will find your ramen extremely lacking even if using whole ingredients
You need kombu and niboshi (or at the least hondashi or MSG). I don’t see soy sauce either, or sake or mirin. All this is needed for a decent tare.
Optional are sweet aromatics like carrot, onion or apple. You need a neutral oil to make aroma oil as well, maybe from some negi and garlic. Eggs, too.
Search on YouTube for recipes and instructions. Way of Ramen has some good ones as does Ramen Kaonashi.
I would start with a recipe first rather than buying random ingredients.
