    I like a crunchy chili oil, soy sauce, a bit of hoisin sauce, and a lil splash of rice vinegar.

    Unseasoned rice wine vinegar and soy sauce wirh scallions sliced. They look amazing!

    It’s amazing how cheap it is to make compared to the store bought ones. It goes well with rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.

    Chili oil, Chinese black vinegar, and soy sauce, and maybe fresh ginger if you have it.

    I blend sweet chilli, soy, Tabasco and malt vinegar. It’s great!
