7/10 The noodles hand made in house are the star here, personally I like my Niboshi soup more cement like, but overall it was well balanced and won’t knock you out if you go for lunch. The Tsukemen seems like a fantastic choice, making use of those hand made noodles, served cold for an extra chewy bite.
