3 pounds of potato cubed
1 tbsp. golden ray or salted butter
3 eggs boiled and cubed
1 cup of mayo
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
black pepper
salt to taste

[Music] hello and welcome today I’m going to share with you my recipe for a potato salad this is my version of it I know everybody makes it different so this is just the way I go about doing it for this recipe you’re going to need some potatoes peeled and cut up you use how much potatoes you would like I’m making a big portion and I have washed three eggs and put them in there to boil together with the potato you’re going to need some some golden ray um if you don’t have golden ray you can use any salted butter some sugar some celery chopped Cy chopped salt pepper Dijon mustard a tin of peas and carrots or you can use mixed vegetables some paprika and some cayenne powder so let’s put the potato to boil you’re going to put it up a medium heat with some salt and you’re going to let the potatoes boil until they nice and tender and then we’ll move on onto draining this and then putting everything together so my potatoes are finished also has my eggs so I went ahead and I cut it up you’re going to add your golden ray to your potatoes because you want that golden R to start to melt the heat from the potatoes will help that melt so to the potatoes you’re going to add some black pepper your sugar some Dijon mustard paprika Cay celery scythe and mix so I just realized I forgot the main ingredient which is the meal so whichever brand of May is you would like you’re going to put some in the potato salad just excuse me I don’t know these days I just have some memory problems okay so next you want to add in your peas and carrots we’re adding these things last because we didn’t want it to mash up while we were mixing the miners into the potato Poes add your eggs and then just give it a mix very lightly CU you don’t want to mash the eggs up so taste this for salt okay mine has enough salt so I’m going to go ahead and Dish this out so here you have it my potato salad recipe I know I missed one of the ingredients which was the main one the May is so I’m going to leave the list of ingredients down in the description box for you all you will have everything down there whatever I missed and I want to thank you all for spending this time with me in the kitchen and I will see you all another day with another one of my recipes [Music] enjoy

  4. Natasha, thank our for the vid. I’ve just started using Japanese Mayo which takes the potato salad to another level. Japanese mayonnaise made with just the egg yolks I believe.
