on this addition of Steve’s cooking I’m going to show you my delicious lobster [Music] roll to make the mayonnaise add egg yolks to a bowl add mustard side of vinegar a pinch of salt cram black pepper add a damp cloth to prevent the ball from moving and whisk very slowly Drip by drip add the [Music] oil when thick add the oil to a steady stream and whisk at the end add chives little touch of lemon zest in there give it a good stir it smells gorgeous now placeing the fridge to chill next add a good pinch of salt to hot water add the lobster tail and poach 6 to 7 minutes when poached add to an ice bath and leave to cool 2 to 3 minutes use the scissor to take out the meat and remove the tail vein to make the lobster more tender add butter to a pan when melted add the lobster meat and cook gently 1 to 2 minutes and use some of these celery leaves they’re gorgeous next add Lobster meat to a bowl followed by celery celery leaves parsley some of that yumy Mayo a tou of papara pinch of salt ground black pepper and mix well now chill in the fridge for 1 hour after 1 hour cut your bread brush melted butter on both sides and toast so there you have it one delicious lobster roll I’m dying to took in look at that gorgeous that is gorgeous M so there you have it that’s my Lobster sandwich or lobster roll and try and make your own mayonnaise it gives a wonderful flavor to the sandwich thanks [Music] guys

This was my first summer living in New England (on the Connecticut coast) and I just cooked my first live lobster last week. It was awesome! I just ate them with butter, but next I'm going to try your lobster roll recipe. I've been craving a lobster roll and I love your ingredients!!
