Everytime I travel through the PNW I stop in at a farmers market in a city called Puyallup and pick up more of these. All of these (two) lady's sauces are super tasty. Only one I don't like is their mildest "trini" pepper sauce, too vinegary for me.
Scotch Bonnet I use anywhere you can use mustard. Great on a sandwich!
Chillin' and grillin' is a Smokey spicy phenomenon, great on meats and even shrimp. Has a jerk type flavor and is by far my favorite all around sauce they make.
Red hot is my new goto for pizza. Like an actually spicy Louisiana cayenne sauce with a little zing and not as much vinegar. Goes amazing on some wings as well.
They have a few more sauces as well that I have at home. Honorable mentions to xtra-hot lime, mango spice (amazing on fish tacos), and sweet Quince ghost chilli sauce (like a sweet spicy jelly, went super well on a scone!)
None of these are super hots but do have some decent kick and full of flavor. 10/10 recommend!
*I am in no way affiliated with the sauce makers. Just a BIG fan!! If you find the farmers market go say hi to Fiona!
