I decided to make a few baby sourdoughs along with my boules, just to see how they would turn out. The scoring was tough and didn’t really work, but still they’re cute!
This is the recipe I used, but doubled and I chilled it in the fridge after shaping instead of before.

Not the little cocotes 😩 I have a couple but haven’t thought to use them this way, seriously, too dang cute
