I was lucky enough to get to beta test some of Hearhotsauce.com’s new lineup of seasonings like some of the others here.
For me the two absolute standouts were the Ghost Aleppo Garlic Crunch and the Primo Garlic Crunch.
The Ghost Aleppo one is very mild but has a great depth of flavor and that nice savory garlic note coming through.
The Primo one is medium in heat so a great option for those that want some warmth in their dishes.
They’re supposed to launch on the 4th this coming week, so I’d absolutely recommend picking those two up.

Glad you enjoyed! It’s been fun seeing how differently people perceive heat – we asked testers to rate each one on a 1-5 heat scale and the Primo Garlic Crunch has received at least one vote for every heat level (5/5 was the most common response, but quite a lot of people rated it 3/5 too). Beyond differences in tolerance, I’m thinking there was some variation in how hot a few of the batches were. On final release, our goal is to make it a consistent 4/5 by chilehead standards and 5/5 for non-chileheads, but we’re also doing Ghost and Thai chile versions for people who want it mellower.
