Only thing I’d add would be oil and balsamic but nice

I like it! Needs some oil and vinegar on the bread. But that’s a sandwich I can dig into wholeheartedly. Baguettes with Italian meats and cheeses with veggies go very well.

Those tomatoes are popping. Looks really fresh. I’m going to make that sandwich but use buffalo mozzarella
