let’s make pineapple upside down cake add a/4 cup of melted butter to a 9in round cake pan sprinkle a/2 cup of brown sugar evenly over the butter then add seven pineapple rings over the brown sugar next add Marino cherries into the holes of the Rings add 1/2 cup of softened butter 3/4 cup of sugar to a large bowl and mix add two large eggs and mix scrape the sides of the bowl add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and mix add 1 and 3/4 cups of allpurpose flour or cake flour to a sifter along with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/ teaspoon of salt and sift the dry ingredients into the bowl mix until combined then scrape the bowl with a spatula pour the cake batter over the pineapples and spread it out evenly bake at 375 F or 190 cus for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean allow it to cool for 10 minutes put a plate on top then flip it over slice and serve enjoy find the recipe on my website in the kitchen withm mat.com

Or, use 1 Betty Crocker Yelliw cake mix, add 1 additional stick of butter. This is what a lot of bakers doe to make wedding cakes. YUM

Brown white sugar and butter on stovetop in a black iron skillet till bubbly and caramelly…drain pineapple…cover bottom of pan w pineapple…yellow cake mux, use the juice instead of water…yummmmmmmmmmmyyyyy❤
I make mini ones using large muffin tins. Always with a cake mix.
Matt the funniest part is Pineapple Upside down cake is my favorite strain of medical flower at the dispensary 😂 I only recently discovered its an actual desert too😂😂
