what’s going on everybody welcome the average guys gourmet I am Toyota Rican and today I’m doing a really awesome really simple breakfast recipe I’m making a Tater Tot breakfast pizza now this thing is awesome so let’s just go and get started and jump right into this one like I said this is a super quick super simple recipe to start go ahead and pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees and then I’m gonna take a oven safe pan here but I’ve coated with a cooking spray I’m just gonna go ahead and line this with my crispy Tater Tot Tater Tot crowns now once I’ve got this line I’m gonna go ahead and pop this in the oven for about 15 minutes what I’m gonna do while that’s in the oven I’m gonna go ahead and crisp up some bacon and crisp up some breakfast sausage they’re gonna crumble them I should end up about three-quarters of a cup of each then I’m gonna go ahead and take my six eggs now lightly beat them go ahead and scramble them in a pan now you don’t want to cook them all the way you just want to take them so they’re set because if I flip the rust away in the pan a little bit later now after those tater tots were in the oven for 15 minutes I’m ready to move on to the next step now I’ve got my eggs that I cooked a little bit earlier like I said they’re not all the way done they’re gonna take about half of my cheese sprinkle that over the eggs take my rolled sausage sprinkle that over my layer of cheese a little air of cheese over the sausage before I do anything else let’s take a spatula and just kind of press down everything to make sure it’s nice and set in here and now that I got that all pressed in I’m gonna take my crumbled bacon and sprinkle that over the top of everything Caroline take this and I’ll put in the oven and let it go for another ten minutes and there you have it after ten more minutes in the oven this one is done take a look at this it’s a great-looking breakfast but you know I can’t just look at this this is a breakfast pizza I gotta dig in and just give this a try mmm this is amazing you guys will love this one it’s super simple super quick go ahead and give it a try and we’ll see you guys next time and

Great recipe! If you don't cook the eggs and let them bake in the oven won't they cook through?
Looks very very delicious, great idea! 😀
Yum! I will be making this with the kids soon, but in a casserole dish.
