Garlic Shrimp recipe which is easy to do. Great as an appetizer or put over pasta! Very tasty and always a big hit.

Shrimp with Garlic SautΓ©ed by Damien
Ingredients:
Shrimp (raw, peeled, and de-veined)
Garlic. thinly sliced
EVVO
White wine dry
Italian Parsley
Butter
Thinly Slice some cloves of garlic.
Heat up extra-virgin olive oil in sautΓ© pan.
Add garlic and wait till it browns. (don’t burn)
Salt shrimp and Add Shrimp to Garlic and watch them turn red.
Don’t burn garlic.
Add small amount of white wine. (Reduce wine)
Add finely chopped Italian parsley.
Add lemon juice. Reduce.
Finish with sweet unsalted butter.
Let it reduce a little. Cook no more than 3 – 4 minutes
Eat alone or over pasta!

GARLIC SHRIMP RECIPE Great for Feast of the Seven Fishes
[Music] I tradition of Christmas Eve is uh the Feast of The Seven Fishes so one of the fishes is uh we’re doing is shrimp uh garlic shrimp and this U uh recipe that I have is courtesy of Damian deala who is the owner Chef owner and proprietor of a very famous restaurant in Boston called Calinas so if you ever go to Boston Calinas it’s in North End little and um it’s hard to get a reservation but if you want one you call me and we’ll get you in so what I’m doing now is I’m deining uh the shrimp and uh it’s a little bit of a pain but you got to do it because uh I never know what the vein was but I learned it’s the P the pull the vein yeah it’s a poop poop line right this is going to be broadcast your hel elf I got my elf over here so anyway so we’re going to dein it and then we’re going to uh fry it up and uh sautΓ© it and wine and garlic and so on and uh so get ready for that you’ll enjoy the dish takes once the shrimp is prepared takes about 8 10 minutes to to cook okay deing is very easy you break one end and you break the other end and then you uh you just pull it through you just pull it through you know here you just easily just I don’t know why this one’s not working [Music] well all right we’re deing the shrimp and uh it’s uh this is sort of I guess it’s called the poop line but it’s a it’s a little string you cut one end you cut the other end and then you pull it right through [Music] so now we’re going to we’re going to cook the shrimp so we got um olive oil in the pan we’re going to get it hot and uh I’ve uh chopped up some uh garlic very thin slices and as soon as the oil warms up I’m going to put the garlic in it okay so now I got the uh I got the oil warm I’m going to put some uh Gendry sliced garlic I want it to be just Brown don’t want to overcook it don’t want to burn [Music] [Music] it Sal a little [Music] [Music] bit right just keeping it cooking I like to finish it off with butter at the end the very [Music] end hooks up real [Music] fast to put a little wine in [Music] here [Music] there some Presley chopped parsley C add the butter ke ingredients add some butter [Music] as Junior child used to say everything is always better with [Music] [Music] butter yeah I need all right we [Music] try Perfection M really good and that is Damien D’s garlic shrimp
