Looks delicious. How’s the taste? Have you had a slice toasted with butter? That’s how I judge my loaf. Not 100% on look, will me and my family eat it? Then who cares. The looks are a me thing and my wife always says, “tastes great, and that’s all I care about.”
Maybe you over bulk fermented a bit. How long did you bulk ferment on the counter? And for shaping before tossing it in the fridge, how did you do that?
Temps and bake time seems good or close to what you should shoot for. Color and size wise.
Can you post the recipe and steps?
