So many use less people comment on higiene but never apply in own daliy life use gloves so much oil and spices. ๐Ÿ˜‚ His hand already clean before make food and india is land of spices without spices we indians not even eat simple food European eat our black pepper and says to much spicy food in indian.

  2. My observation :

    Most important ingredient for that street style flavour is That "Lohe ki kadai" (wok)
    The veggies get their smoky flavour due to high flame roasting
    And its possible only in this type of Wok as it gets very hot very quick and heat passes easily thru it

    Incase of heavy bottom cauldrons/kadhai Heat doesn't passes that easily and you wont be able to roast veggies that good
