Blossom end rot. It’s usually a watering issue that causes a lack of calcium uptake but adding some bone meal won’t hurt, followed by more consistent water.

Yup, looks like blossom end rot, everybody always says it’s usually caused my a calcium deficiency, are you growing in pots or in ground?

I water with calmag when I transfer to the final container, and then I don’t use calmag again until I see a blossom end rot patch, then I hit all my peppers with it.
