    I typically will slice my avocados each day so they don’t turn brown and gross looking.

    5 out of 10. The dressing shouldn’t go on until you’re ready to eat otherwise the greens get soggy. Some one mentioned the avocado, so I’ll skip that. Lastly, bulk up the protein because this isn’t going to keep you very full for long.

    Blurry picture but at least it’s not side ways. Dressing and avocado already on the salad, definitely getting wilted lettuce and brown avocado.

    8/10 for healthy 5/10 execution;

    You mentioned avo is hard to eat, if you blend it with your ranch sauce it’ll be masked and give a little more texture to sauce. Also sauce your greens only when ready to eat, it destroys the crunch.

    Add some protein. Chickpeas or tofu have protein and fiber.

    Great starting effort.

    6/10 for day three
    0/10 for day 4 onwards

    One because salad is shit and 2 because prepped salad decays soooo quickly

    Do you really eat 5 inch chunks of celery in a salad? And that avocado is going to be brown when you pull these out. 4/10.

    4/10 – major pro is the amount of veggies. Rather than slices of avocado, cut avocado in half for prep and then spoon it out when you need it so it stays fresher. Consider investing in glass Tupperware (I like Pyrex snapware), especially if you will meal prep food that gets heated up (the effects of eating microplastics are not yet fully understood, but I can’t imagine it’s good for us). I don’t like ranch so I also took a couple points off due to that.

    Did you have any goal ? Like gaining or loosing weight ? ( Probably loosing with all these végétables ), did you do sport or any other activities ?

    I will say 6/10, but as long you’re happy with it it’s 10/10 for sure !
