After all the abuse we did to it:
Here is my favourite cauliflower preparation hack

Tose it in your favourite pasta sauce and add spices (smoked paprika and garlic for me)
Then roast it in the oven or air fryer
And rose it in hummus (mixed w yoghurt, fresh garlic and vinegar) after baking

Cauliflower 200 g (40 cal)
Pasta sauce Approximately 100g (25 cal)
Hummus 30 g ( 51 cal)
Alpro no sugar yoghurt 40 g ( 19 cal)
= 135 kcal
