Made a high protein/low calorie peanut butter pie. The texture is spot on, tastes very good, and was super easy too.

Recipe-
8 pieces(60g) of graham crackers. 452g low fat cottage cheese. 13 tablespoons of Peanut butter powder. 35g zero sugar instant vanilla mix. Butter flavored popcorn spray. ——- Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Combine with 12 tablespoons of peanut butter powder and vanilla pudding powder. Pour in a bowl. Combine crushed graham crackers, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter powder and the butter flavored spray. Add graham mixture to top of pie. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Remove from bowl, cut in 6 and serve.
Per 1/6 of pie: 172 calories, 3.7g of fat, 21.6g of carbs, 14.8 g of protein
