Made a high protein/low calorie peanut butter pie. The texture is spot on, tastes very good, and was super easy too.

    Recipe-

    8 pieces(60g) of graham crackers.
    452g low fat cottage cheese.
    13 tablespoons of Peanut butter powder.
    35g zero sugar instant vanilla mix.
    Butter flavored popcorn spray.

    Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Combine with 12 tablespoons of peanut butter powder and vanilla pudding powder. Pour in a bowl. Combine crushed graham crackers, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter powder and the butter flavored spray. Add graham mixture to top of pie. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

    Remove from bowl, cut in 6 and serve.

    Per 1/6 of pie:
    172 calories, 3.7g of fat, 21.6g of carbs, 14.8 g of protein
