welcome to the wolf pit today I’m doing a dinner for two in 30 minutes or less grilled bacon wrapped shrimp with a spicy orange marmalade sriracha sauce along with teriyaki marinated summer squash and zucchini it’s easy and it’s delicious so let’s get started the first thing you want to do is get your rice going and I’m not going to show you how to cook rice but I will tell you how in the recipe at the wolf pit blog after that you want to preheat your grill to 350° and set it up for direct grilling I’m going to start by marinating the squash and the zucchini I’ve simply cut them in half and now I’m going to drizzle them with teriyaki sauce now toss them around and let them marinade while we go make the sauce and now for the sauce I’m going to Simply combine orange marmalade and sriracha sauce and depending on how spicy you like it you might want to add a little more or a little less now give it a good mix until everything’s well combined and then set aside here I have 1 PB of 2125 shrimp that I’ve peeled In Vein and left the tails on now I’m going to wrap each shrimp with a half a piece of bacon and there is no right or wrong way how to wrap the shrimp just make sure the bacon is covering the shrimp and now I’m going to slide a bamboo skewer through each shrimp securing each end of the bacon now continue this process until all the shrimp are wrapped in bacon and skewed and don’t forget if you like this video please give me a thumbs up also if you’re not subscribed hit that subscribe button and come back every Tuesday and Thursday for new cooking videos and now I’m going to grill the marinated zucchini and squash for 4 minutes on the first side with the lid closed after 2 minutes I’m going to give them a quarter turn just to give them the nice hash marks for a full printable copy of this recipe and many more visit the wolf pit blog after grilling for 4 minutes on the cut side I’m going to flip them over and Grill them 2 minutes on the skin side and that’ll make them Tender Crisp if you like your vegetables a little more tender cook them a couple more minutes after 6 minutes total the squash is done and now I’m going to add the shrimp and Grill them for 2 minutes on the first side with the lid closed after 2 minutes I’m going to turn the shrimp and then base them with the orange marmalade sriracha sauce and then close the lid and let them grill for 2 more minutes and now I’m going to turn them one more time and base them again with the orange marmalade sriracha sauce close the lid and let them cook for 2 more minutes that’s 6 minutes total you definitely do not want to overcook your shrimp and there you have it grilled dinner for two in 30 minutes or less grilled bacon WRA shrimp with the orange marmalade sriracha sauce along with Teryaki marinated squash and zucchini served over rice thank you all very much for watching I hope you give this a try and don’t forget to hit that subscribe button and come back every Tuesday and Thursday for new cooking videos

Looks good! How come you leave the tail shell on the shrimp?
Damnit, Larry. Yum! What temp did you grill this at?
TWP, this might be the best "bacon wrap anything" video so far on the tube..
The spicy orange glaze and shrimp is what caught my attention,
that looks awesome Larry! at first I thought that was pineapple on the plate, which would be great too. but zucchini is good too.
Larry I saw beer can burgers by bbq pit I think the was their name anyway after you shape the burger pull the can out and stuff it they had meat on meat and onions! Your mind is great what combination would you put together inside the burger! Is that regular slice bacon or thin cut? Thanks! They have a YouTube channel
Alright! Time to break out the skewers!
I literally just hit pause and checked my bank account to see if I could stop and get the shrimp…true story! Freaking amazing!
Nice work as always!!! Simple and quick!
Man Larry, you got my mouth watering. Great looking meal….have you tried that spicy orange glaze on anything else?
Never thought of orange marmalade and sriracha together! Will definitely try this!!
Shrimp wrapped in bacon Hell yaaa….Nice
That basting sauce is IT, dude. But, I have some math questions/observations for you… I can see 2 halves of squash and 2 halves of zucchini – so that is one each (dinner for two, right?) But now, I see 5 skewers of shrimp. So, that's hmm, 1, 2…. each, but then there is another left over! Who does that go to? 😀
great idea, looks awesome Larry
Sriracha yes! and bacon bonus. BTW you have to wrap the bacon clockwise LOL … Looked great Larry.
Thanks for the video Larry. Orange Marmalade always mixes well with spicy sauces. Aieee!
This looks awesome my friend! Great idea and recipe, Larry!
This was great, Wow! you're a good cook 🙂 I love zucchini very much… I can eat it every day 🙂
Thanks for this!
My mouth is watering…
Do you burn/smoke any hardwood chunk with shrimp? Or just lump?
You've got a great channel my friend, Thanks for sharing. Please keep in touch.
