wanting to try baking my own bread to replace store bought junk. Felt a little dense when eating but tasted great. Now realizing the recipe was for two loaves not one.
1 cup starter
1 1/2 cup water
5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour divided
2 1/2 teaspoons table salt
- mix everything and 3 cups of flour
Fold several times
Refrigerate over night
Add 2 cups of flour fold and let rise
Bake

You KILLED it 🤩🤩
In the future try switching to using a kitchen scale, it’s changed my way of cooking!! I never realized how inaccurate cups were till I started using a scale so much more accurate and my bread is perfect every time😊😊
