Strawberry cheesecake icecream 237 cals, 19g protein. (124 for just the pint)

    I made the icecream in a ninja creami. Recipe is as follows:

    200g fairlife skim milk
    60g fat free cream cheese
    Sugar sub to taste
    Splash of lemon juice
    Couple of drops of vanilla extract and butter extract
    Pinch of xantham gum

    I melt the cream cheese and blend it into the milk until smooth. The lemon juice curdles the milk. No idea if this is socially acceptable, it’s just what I do.

    Strawberry & graham cracker topping.
