This came up on my Google photo memories from 4 years ago in Minneapolis, MN. I was out there visiting inlaws & my niece. I know the cucumber might seem weird and definitely nothing I ever had when in New Orleans, but it surprisingly worked! The shrimp were perfectly fried so that also worked in its favor haha.

They did try their best but I would still dress it properly. Mayo, shredduce, tomato, and pickles are a must. Cucumbers is probably good but still odd. I forgive the bread since the place isn’t within a few hours of New Orleans and it’s impossible to get fresh Leidenheimer bread if you’re not close enough.
