I’ve had a lot of untracked days recently so my weight hasn’t gone down, maybe even gained a liittle bit, but it’s not like I don’t know why so I’m not freaking out. Tomorrow I’m going on a little trip with a friend so for convenience and enjoyment I will not be tracking during that time. After that I might try to lower my calories for a while to reach my goal weight quickly and then go back to maintenance!
breakfast: oatmeal with quark, raspberries and oatmilk (248 calories)
lunch: chicken fried rice w cabbage, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli (330 calories)
dinner: oatmeal with quark, raspberries, bluebs, banana, peanut butter and oatmilk (358 calories)
evening snack: quark, pear and peanut butter (331 calories)
not pictured but I had an iced coffee with a splash of oat milk (4 calories)

Is quark like cottage cheese? Do I need to add this to my life ?! I’ve never seen this before but I love anything I can eat with fruit
