    2) honest question : why warm water?!
    3) oil and salt missing.
    4) add semolina.
    Other than this they look OK

    They look good but I would include an egg, per the traditional recipe. Salt and semolina would improve flavor and texture, and are used by many.

    Try it with 1 whole egg for every 100g of flour and mix a bit of fine salt in the eggs first. But the salt can be optional
